Tortilla Espanola Frittata
Words cannot express the wonderful experience I have eat time I come to Roots Cafe! Abby was a top-notch server who was extremely attentive with a sunshine personality. Each employee embodies friendliness, helpfulness, and a welcoming smile. The atmosphere and food are unique. I had their homemade hot sauce on my Tortilla Espanola Frittata - bottle up that sauce! It will be a best seller!
Strawberry Rhubarb French Toast
Every time I think about my trips to West Chester, my taste buds start doing a happy dance just thinking about ROOTS' French toast. Seriously, they've nailed the fruit-and-toast combo in the most mouthwatering way. I can't even remember the details of the recipe -- it's like a delicious, fruity dream I can never fully grasp, but I know it's perfection. If you've ever had it, you know exactly what I mean---it's the kind of breakfast that haunts you in the best way.
Tiramisu French Toast
Another Decadent Delight is the Tiramisu French Toast. Who knew that Tiramisu could be made into a French Toast. This dish takes the classic breakfast staple and a top dessert, offering coffee custard layers of texture and flavor that make every bite a memorable experience. The Whipped Cinnamon Cream Cheese adds a subtle spiced creaminess with Leches drizzle that pairs with the coffee flavors. Roots Cafe's Hot Chicken Sandwich is a winner! The chicken is crispy, juicy, and packed with just the right amount of heat. The soft toasted bun, fresh toppings, and creamy sauce balance the spice perfectly. Pair it with their crispy fries, and you've got a top-notch meal. Highly recommend!
Spicy Cucumbers
Everything was amazing. Loved the spicy cucumbers. So tasty you can just eat one. Tangy and fresh.
ROOTS Hot Chicken
This incredible sandwich was even better than I could have imagined. Every bite was packed with flavor and the chef was very generous with the toppings. The accompined sweet potato fries were seasoned perfectly and completed a heavenly meal.
Sausage Hash
When I visit my WCU twins, we make a trip to Roots. We always are looking for fresh healthy ingredients and new creations on meals. The Sausage hash with egg adds a savory medley of Brussels sprouts, peppers, and onions. The addition of apples, a hint of maple syrup and sweet potatoes introduces a touch of natural sweetness that ties the flavors together like magic. We had to the perfectly cooked sunnyside eggs - for the protein and a drizzle of creamy hollandaise sauce to make this a complete meal. This dish is not just food; it's an experience. Every bite delivers layers of flavor, texture, and comfort. Can't wait to go back!
French Toast Bites
These were SO good. A perfect appetizer, especially if you like a little sweet with your savory for brunch. Nice & crispy. A great starter!
Sausage Hash
This is my go to every time we come for brunch! The combo of sweet and salty in the hash, topped with runny eggs and the hollandaise sauce is *chef's kiss*
