We love coming to Roots! There's something for the whole family. My daughters love the French Toast Bites and Breakfast potatoes. I always have a delicious vegan option and my husband loves the Roots Chicken Sandwich. Delicious food and friendly staff!

What an incredibly delicious salad. The blue cheese vinaigrette dressing topped off the salad giving it an amazing flavor. The presentation was beautiful. I had this with the vanilla fig iced tea, which was absolutely refreshing! Highly recommended!

I was up here on business and had this salad for lunch, and I regret to inform you that my life has been permanently divided into two eras: Before This Salad and After This Salad. The client I was here for described it as "a great salad". His words fail him, or perhaps his taste buds. Toyota makes a great car, but you look twice at a Ferrari. This is the Ferrari or Bentley of salads. It is entirely possible that I need to relocate just to be closer to this incredible experience. To call it the best salad I've ever had in my life almost undersells it, because that implies I have simply ranked a group of salads and this one happened to come out on top. No. This salad has exposed the sheer FRAUDULENCE of every other salad I've ever eaten. There should be some kind of certification process in place globally to require restaurants to make a salad to this level of quality before they are able to call it a salad legally. I am now confident that if I dedicated the rest of my life to eating a salad from every salad establishment on Earth, I would still spend the entire time yearning for the cool, crisp, refreshing embrace of this salad. I am seriously considering selling everything I own and moving here. My furniture? Gone. My possessions? Liquidated. My current residence? Irrelevant. I require proximity to this salad, and nothing more. Would I eventually tire of it? No. Absolutely not. This is not a salad you get tired of. This is the salad equivalent of finding your soulmate. The salad that makes you look at all previous salads and quietly whisper, "I'm sorry, I thought you were the one...but there is another now." I would rate it with a number, but I would need to invent a new kind of math to come close to the number required to illustrate how far superior this salad is compared to other "salads". But yea, a great salad for sure.
